COVINGTON — Mildred L. Odeneal,
85 of Covington died at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2006 in The Waters of
Covington. She was born May 12, 1921 in Perrysville the daughter of Herschel
and Alta Waggoner Yates. She graduated from Covington High School in 1938 and
was a member of Orchard Hills Church of Christ. She was a homemaker and a
licensed beautician in Indiana and Illinois for 60 years. Surviving is a
daughter Linda (Gary) Williams of Covington, a sister, Estella Dunivan of
Brownsburg, two grandsons, Stacey L. Williams, and Carl L. Williams both of
Covington. She married Ernest Odeneal April 12, 1941 at Sullivan. He died April
25, 2002. Her parents and a brother - Fred Yates preceded her in death. Services
will be held at Shelby Funeral Home, Monday, June 12, 2006 at 11 a.m. with
interment in the Lower Mound cemetery, Covington, 47932. Friends may call one
